Our Pricing Upfront

We can always agree a pricing structure upfront and on a fixed fee basis if that suits.

Firstly you should understand that you only pay when a candidate it successfully placed and starts with your company. If we don't find the person you want then there is no fee.
 
If in the unlikely event things don't work out with your new member of staff then we have a generous rebate system that allows for your fee to be returned to you on a prorata basis. What we prefer to do however in these circumstances is to try and replace the candidate for you under the same fee so you would only ever pay once. In ten years of recruiting we can safely say that we have provided rebates only a couple of times.
