To be able to lead, train. Motive and monitor the team to meet sales targets.
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will be driven and enthusiastic, able to train and motivate a team whilst keeping track of sales figures and targets. Leadership skills are essential and previous track record of manning a sales force would be preferred.
